Shipping
All orders placed M-F by 4pm EST ship the same day unless backordered. Weekend and holiday orders will be shipped the next business day.
We can not ship kratom products outside of the United States or to the following states and locations: Alabama, Arkansas, Indiana, Rhode Island, Vermont, Wisconsin and in these counties or cities – Sarasota County (Florida), San Diego (California), Alton, Edwardsville County & Jerseyville (Illinois), Columbus & Union County (Mississippi), Oceanside (California), Ontario, (Oregon).
Returns, Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept refunds and returns within 14 days from the date of receipt of your order. All powder or capsule returns must not contain less than 80% of original product.
